Hello NLders, please I need help in recovery my Facebook account of years, I did two factor authentication on the account, I recently restored my phone to factory settings, the browser history is wiped clear, each time I want to login, they usually demand for code, I tried getting the code through SMS, but Facebook hasn't sent any, then I tried snapping my documents and ID containing my name to face book, instead an email was sent to me, stating that they can't grant me access. I have tried all I know, please I need your help guys, on what next to do that will work. Thanks. |

It might be network issue that is holding the sms keep trying |

Did you lost or chaged your phone number? Is your number not receiving notifications? Did you Link your email address to your Facebook account? If so, opt for the code to be sent to your email address instead |

yawehoverall: The fastest way out is to login via another device which you've previously used to access your Facebook account. For me, I used my laptop since I have logged my account prior to the occurrence. |
