A Twitter user, Uba Joseph has revealed that the secondary school where he teaches has introduced programming to its curriculum.

Focus Naija can report that the programming is sponsored by Ashpotmicrosytems in Ritadel Montessori Schools located along Okigwe Road in Aba.

We are also running this program at Success Magnet Academy, Effloresce Montessori, Beginners Basic Schools among others.

Sharing photos of students in computer labs, the teacher in response to a tweet calling for the scrapping of home economics and intro tech, revealed that the outline from basic 1 to SS 3 covers scratch, python, web and robotics.
