Frank Ibezim declared winner by Supreme Court


The Supreme Court has declared Frank Ibezim of the APC, as the winner of the Okigwe Senatorial Bye-election (Imo North). Orders INEC to issue Certificate of Return to him.

Wednesday was the first hearing.they nullified the fhc judgment araraume procured and stopped ibezim from bringing new ssce cert.this gave pdp hope

No na.remember the last time,I said that firstly,the names arw the same except frank and Francis.it is just name variation.
I also told you that the judge said he falsified documents instead of saying he forged.
The discrepancies only affected his ssce and not his full qualification

I have just read some highlights of the judgement I agree with the judgement on the consistency of name with it's spelling.It should not be handled arbitrarily.However this does not affect variants of names that are widely accepted.Congrats to the winner again,
