I bank with zenith bank and of a truth I've never experienced such poor services as I am lately. first I tried making a withdrawal from a POS shop on tuesday which I got debited even though it displayed transaction failed which i couldn't get paid as the guy promised it would be reversed. I tried it again for the second time and same thing happened, I got debited twice even though both transactions failed. I didn't get a refund which I had to visit one of their branches nearest to me and talk to them about it and was asked to fill a form that I would get my money within 10-15 working days. I'm still expecting that one.
Just three days ago I made another transaction which I got debited but the recipient is yet to be credited and has been on my neck. And just yesterday again a transfer was made to my account but up till now I'm yet to be credited. Is anyone else experience this kind of issue with zenith bank or is just me?
