But even if you know you would get away with, when you have billions and everybody around You is set, at a point, you would get tired of it

Environmental influence and failure of disciplinary consequences...When you live in an environment where stealing is the order of the day, you will be forced to steal to be like those you admire their wealth status..

People steal these days anywhere they find money - office, government, church, mosque, association fund, group fund ...just name it.
