Africa is the home of art and culture and Nigeria is one of the key players, there are several native attires style in Nigeria, most of these attires has been in existence for hundreds of years and several upgrade has been made on these styles because the world of fashion didn't stand still in Nigeria and other countries of the world.

Agbada


Agbada is the most important native attire in Nigeria and other African countries, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and other tribes love this attire, Agbada is common among the elders likewise young love to rock it as well.

Agbada is a special attire that is worn both gender, all Nigerians have at least two. The Agbada is a native attire with big-free flowing outer robe that is known as awosoke, an inner vest ( awotele), while a long trouser ( sokoto) with cap or hat (fila ). The outer robe of Agbada is a large loose fitting, ankle- length garment. The trouser for agbada has two different types, we have the kembe: it is a big wide bottomed trouser and sooro which is a slim fit, ankle length narrow bottom trouser.
