Even Google has eliminated 4GIG ram Laptop from Android Studio requirements. You must have at least 8GIG RAM and Intel UHD graphics or AMD Radeon Ryzen graphics card

@Sheriman You can run android studio on a 4gb system, 8gb and above will be better, but it doesn't mean you can't run android studio on a 4gb system, it will run very fine on a 4gb system, the only thing that might slow it down is when you turn on the emulator, and you can always use your physical android device to test in place of using the emulator

I have tried it on a 4GIG RAM Laptop and it frustrated my life my laptop can hang for more than 15minutes before it came to normal again even without running emulator. Assuming i run Emulator so what will happen. The day I install and run Emulator with it I experience hell that day. My Laptop hang for 40Minutes just imagine. Have you check the latest recommend system requirements for running Android Studio by Google? Please go check.

They have erased 4GIG RAM Laptop. You either have 8GIG RAM minimum with Intel UHD 600 series or AMD Radeon Graphics Card.
As a developer, running Android Studio on a 4GIG Laptop is really frustrating to me. You will get tired and warn out. Your laptop will hang and lags you can't always open another tab.
It can't boasts your productivity bro.
Try it on 8GIG RAM or above and see how it will run perfectly.
