Yes I said it! Why is GTB Bank so poor in its Dispense Error resolution? They frustrate you and leave you high and dry until you decide to forget the money! I had a terrible experience with them ... I went on a condolence visit to a friend in August 2020 and I needed to give this friend some money which I withdraw from a POS shop. I got a dispense error and up till now 9 months after my money has gone with the wind Before you say... go through Twitter, website, WhatsApp, call or to thier branch... I have exhausted all thier customer service options. Such a poor service from a big bank... share your experience too |
