yes but not at all times

i cases like that of Job, he seek God's approval

and in cases like that of Jesus and that of Adam and Eve we never read any where that he ask for permission.
.
Its ok.

If he acts with God permission he's certainly not the bad guy, is he?

Created an angel but to seek to usurp power with a third of the host of heaven ( angels probably in his legion) was an aberration.

HE is, God allowed everyone do what they wish but there are times he took over things himself irrespective how men want it to be.

for the fact that God allow him to do what he like doesn't mean he is no longer responsible for them
.
More like different rules at different times right?

Since God is omnipresent and omnipotent, don't you think he already knew a day like that would come??

Sure He knows in my thinking. Unfortunately, the difference between man and angel is man's opportunity to repent. Angels from what is known about them are not permitted to repent. During my Theodicy class, so many questions were asked that the prof could not answer such as you are asking.

Meaning he acts with God's permission right?

He is not responsible for the bad stuffs around, is he?

moreover, to make you understand better i'll like you to answer this question.

if a plate of food was kept for your father but he wasn't around and didn't return early enough

you then ask your mother if you should eat it and she allowed you and you ate it

if your father came back and ask for his food, who will you said had eaten it?

Any proof of this?

yes he may be right if he said
from what is known angels are not permitted to repent
because through out the bible there is no place where an angel is given a second chance, because there judgement came almost immediately after their transgression(sin)

because unfortunately, for the very first time; where paul wanted to go and preach the gospel was not where barnabas wanted to go and preach the gospel anymore.

I think so. I think there was an argument concerning Mark accompanying Barnabas on his journey or so

yes that was the mean reason

paul refused mark must not go with them and barnabas maintain he must follow them and so they got seperately on their mission of evangelism; mark with barnabas and silas with paul

thats where the story of paul and silas began

take note! paul didn't just refused the ideal of mark following them for nothing sake or because he don't wants him to,

but it is because mark had earlierly abandoned them somewhere (probably in time of trouble) when they where preaching the gospel(together with mark)

Beyond that there was an undercurrent. Barnabas had in a way been Paul's mentor ( I said in a way with intention). Barnabas would have wanted to exert his authority to take Mark along being an earlier convert before Paul and having been the person that first associated himself with Paul against all odds.

The lesson here is that mentee can be used by God above the mentor in spiritual matter.

Unfortunately, Barnabas became weaker and was rebuked by the same Paul of his hypocritical tendencies ( Gal 2:11ff)
