That is to tell you the parents' genes responsible for skin colour are heterozygote (Tt each) meaning there is 75% chance that every of their offsprings will not be an albino and a 25% chance that every of their offsprings can be an albino. This is what is playing out here

No i meant 25%. From the F1 generation the possible genotype of the offspring can be TT, Tt, Tt and tt. Albinism can only occur whem we have "tt".

Autosomal recessive genes doing what they know best. They should be grateful it's albinism. Some families end up with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, an x-linked recessive disease with a devastating outcome.

All I can say is that each family should aim to have someone in the health line (not necessarily a doctor) to mitigate to a reasonable extent the sordid impact of sheer ignorance on matters such as this.
