Hello house please kindly enlighten me as anger and rage has blacked out my intelligence.

I bought a scanfrost 55" tv from Allen early February and it developed fault barely three weeks. Called their customer care and they told me to return the tv which I did immediately. Haven diagnosed it, they said they'll have to change it as it can't be repaired.

I've reached out to their headoffice c.care and they said they'll call Allen to give me a new one after all details I provided seems satisfactory. I got no call from Allen so I gave them one only for them to tell me it'll take time to get a replacement. I asked them how much time is needed because we're in may already as opposed to the time I returned the tv. Will it take 6months to replace?
She opened up the fact that some ogas haven't signed. I'm here wandering if it is the whole board if directors that needs to sign a replacement form?

She later adviced I go to their head office and change it for them. That way they'll be on their toes.

My colleague experienced this with them when he bought a deep freezer from them that was actually a deep warmer instead. They we're tossing him left and right until he started smearing their name across social media platforms. That was when they treated him like a white man buying what he produced from a black man.

So please what do you guys suggest for them that have gone through similar ordeal

Thanks man. Much appreciated. They have refunded me my money yesterday. They didn't even have thr product in stock again and they we're busy stalling me. I changed it for them and they started apologizing.

Las las they offered me Sony or hi sense but I declined so they opted to refund me
