performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our
company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting
sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Job description:
• Meeting with key stakeholders like Director/Chairperson/Principal of schools/educational institutions to
propose Online Admissions Management Software Services.
• Identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services, maintaining fruitful relationships with
existing customers.
• Identification and short listing of potential clients. Contacting them to establish rapport and set up
meetings
• Planning and execution for acquisition of clients, based on targets set to meet organizational
requirements.
• Follow-up with prospective clients until close of sale.
• Follow closely and keep record of competitor's offerings, business acquisitions/activities.
• Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, follow up with prospective
clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
• Customer Retention, Training, Up-selling, Brand Building et al.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
