To Satisfy the IRCC requirements

It is mandatory that you submitted a certificate of good conduct or Police Character Certificate if you are applying for a permanent residence in Canada., or any of the following visas,
Refugee permit
Work permit, and;
Study permit.

There are 2 ways that you can apply:

1. You can apply in person to the Central Criminal Registry.
Central Criminal Registry, Force C.I.D. Annex
Alagbon Close Ikoyi
Lagos, Nigeria
