The engineer is not around that's why he wants my brother to help buy the land. But today the engineer is now telling my brother that he is not the one buying the land that he will send him the persons number. Now the person has called my brother telling him that he will waybill the money for the land. This person doesn't know my brother and my brother doesn't known or seen him. Plz advice me on whatsapp to do, should my brother receive the money

By waybill, do you mean he wants to send the money through GIG or GUO motors? But if what he means is transfering the money , your brother should investigate them to know if they want to use his acct for pick up
