Sunday Igboho is just a common criminal and a political thug not an activist and he's never being interested in one. He's only interested in the Yoruba Nation so that he can be able to control the Idiroko border where he will move cars and other businesses without paying customs. I even saw him on Saturday with some thugs in convoy moving some cars he bought from Benin Republic and threaten to kill any customs that dare to stop them.
Abegi the guy na just criminal Jare hes never passionate about any Yoruba nation.

Tis better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to speak up and erase all doubt.

When you have a stark illitrate, championing the cause for a Yoruba nation, very funny. He should know that religion and politics does not mix, so he has no basis dragging Pastor Adebayo into his secession agenda.

The irony when you're a complete illiterate who doesn't know the Church and state are intertwined in most European countries. And in most countries in Asia and Middle East, including Israel; religion and state are intertwined.

No surprised here. You're an Ibo trader with an overblown sense of importance.

If I may ask: what has Yoruba nation and whoever the supposed leader is, got to do with you?

Prof. Banji Akintoye is our leader.

Chief Sunday Igboho shouldn't apologize to anyone. The fierceness/passion is needed. Soldiers don't do decorum during war time; Nigeria is at war.

If the gullible and dumb church goers and their head yahoo man isn't happy with what he said, they can do their worst. They're all weaklings and cowards. The strong and brave shall lead the weaklings and cowards.

he said the truth. Their baba did not support Yoruba nation cos he's benfitting from APC government. Did you know how many job slots they allocate to him annually while the qualified people are left unemployed.

He should've killed all the Fulanis stationed at Yoruba borders.

It's Yorubaland, not Fulaniland and they have no right to be there.

He is a politician. I am not surprised. Yoruba nation already exists in different countries Yoruba people are in their large numbers. Anyone giving money to Sunday Igboho for any Yoruba nation is wasting his money. Incidentally, this was the same way Gani Adams started too by insulting everyone starting from Late Dr. Fashehun until he got & stole the OPC idea from the old man. Igboho, unlike, Gani Adams, is a core politician and confirmed PDP thug.

I think this guy's strategy is to say whatever nonsense he wants to say and then backtrack and apologize when called out. cheesy cheesy cheesy It's the same thing he did with the Ooni and other Yoruba Obas when he went on a rant, insulting the Ooni, only to backtrack, apologize and even deny some of the things he said live on video.

It is the same excuse that drunkards adopt when they hide under the guise of intoxication to say a lot of things and then pretend it was the alcohol talking when they become sober cheesy cheesy cheesy

How can anyone ask Baba Adeboye to be speaking about Yoruba nation in his church? No be juju be that Is RCCG only attended by the Yorubas?

too much emotions, you don't have to like him, how many people are stable even in their secret comfort zones. I still support Sunday igboho for being remorseful, many are not remorseful of anything they say. The koko be say Yoruba nation must be achieved and Adeboye must also speak out unless he doesn't support the secession. Simple.
Sunday is discharging his duty for the achievement of the Yoruba nation without fear and favor.

Sunday Igboho, I like your fearlessness and your courage, not like the cowardly elders we have in the south who have sold their consciences and strength for loaves of bread from the national bakery controlled by the Fulani. But you need to create more friends within the South-West and Southern region and not enemies.

But sometimes, your brashness is needed to wake up these sleeping godforsaken elders who have sold the south as slaves to an unworthy Fulani north.

God bless you sir. He's prone to outbursts, he's a natural man and a raw talent.

We must learn to forgive his weakness.

Chief Igboho has a point, as I have stated prior till now, all our leaders from South West Nigeria are scam artistes: Religious, Traditional and Political alike.
I said this because none of them are at the forefront of supporting a Yoruba nation even though they know in their heart of heart, this is the only immediate lasting solution to the problem called Nigeria which we the Yorubas find ourselves in. Our leaders are supporting a Nation they know is not sustainable and even as we are on the brink of oblivion, still they refuse to tell people the truth and lead them aright.

Now some many argue that this is not the role of today's church and pastors. We need to remember that the changes that Jesus preached to the gentiles were not spiritual only, they were cultural as well. Jesus Christ was a force of nature that even the political heads of the Roman empire had to pay attention to what he was saying. So was Apostle Paul. The revolution that brought Christianity was not just a mere spiritual exercise, it was a cultural one with political undertone.

What do you think would have happened if the church had folded its arms during the Civil Rights Marches in the 50s and 60s in the USA? The Redeemed Christian Church of God is largely a Yoruba dominated Church, with strong foothold in most of Southern Nigeria, i do not think any members of this church would be hurt by the message of support for Yoruba or Igbo nation away from this mess called Nigeria. Especially if that message was coming from the topmost pulpit.
These are my personal views by the way and they are not definitive, they are no doubt arguable.

However with that said, regardless of the position Pastor Adeboye has taken on the subject (in fairness to the man, I believe he has said on more than one occasion that if Nigeria is not restructured, Nigeria will split though he has not been an agitator for the cause) the loss of a child by a man of Baba Adeboye's stature at the very least has earned him respect across the world and by this I believe the man should attract some level of sympathy from all. He is by most accounts a good, humble and a true man of God and we should all remember that no one is perfect neither does tragedy escape any man as long as he/she is alive and upon this earth.

May his Son rest in peace and may God grant his family the fortitude to bear this loss.

It's being the way he is that has given him the rashness to give the ultimatum and follow up to the amalekites that has invaded our land.

God will use him the way he is to do what must be done through him. Daddy G O. was to talk about Moses and the Amalekites, but he didn't. Elitist effect.

That's the first Sunday of this year. He should have. And going to pay visit to the governor of kaduna is like paying homage to the bandits indirectly.

God has sent a signal to the Yoruba elders. Never negotiate with the oppressors, leave God to do what he's to do. Remember Leah Sharibu.

May God comfort the Adeboyes at this point in time. We are all going to die eventually. God bless everyone.
