Every great achievement starts somewhere, every successful individual has a starting point; an initial idea which later becomes a gradual, continuous process until the goal has been reached. Our goals and dreams are endangered species, slowly going extinct because we keep postponing on when we start actualizing them – procrastination.

Procrastination is some false illness born into being by our imagination, because rather than conceding to our shortcomings, laziness, or failures, we’d rather play the procrastination card. This illusion and lack of motivation is sabotaging your potentials. When you can’t prioritize what you want – whether it’s to travel, exercise, advance in your career, start a business, or write a book, your dreams will pass you by in a flash without you achieving any.

The ready to use excuse for procrastinating is, “someday.” Who knows, “maybe someday I’ll write a book.” “Someday I’ll start selling my handmade bags on eBay.” After all right now, there are more pressing things that demands your immediate focus and attention, like you haven’t finished GOT – watching every single HBO max TV show ever created. As Tim Ferriss wrote in his New York Times best seller, the 4-Hour Workweek: “’someday’ is a disease that will take your dreams to the grave with you.”
