Currently, Mexico visa is no more acceptable for turkey evisa, so you have to go to mexico.
to get turkey evisa, you either have US, UK or schengen visa.
Better still go to abuja in person and apply for tourist visa..... its an easy process, just follow there procedures and instruction.
