There are some knowledgeable minds here that can offer advice to me.
I am thinking on purchasing a land ( long term investment purpose) anywhere around Lagos or Anambra State but would love to know the following;
- where’s the best location I can get value for money( any location around the above mentioned states).
- I don’t intend building on the land but as a first time land owner, what are the most important things I should know?

As one who intends to buy a land for the first time, I have done some findings but any advice I get here will be highly appreciated.

Buy in the east first, before Lagos, both places land appreciate nicely

Buy in anambra first for long term investment.

you may be tempted to sell after some months or a year if you buy in lagos because it is a fast dveloping place unlike anambra whose development is not as fast as lagos state

Because it is more secured from government forfeiture and unnecessary taxes.

Buy in Anambra but avoid any town close to Onitsha like oba,idemili and environs.

You can fence and come back to develop it later
