It got me so confused when the Senate President Ahmed Lawan asked the Governors agitating for restructuring to first restructure their states. I thought in my own myopic thinking he made a good point, but reading down the thread I got confused. I read a comment saying restructuring cannot be done in a state, this statement sends a blow down my spine.
