it depends on the transfer fee the sender used.

I have received bitcoin after 2 weeks it was sent,the transfer fee is what determines how quick it gets delivered and confirmed.

Tell the sender to forward you the hash id ,so you can confirm if it wasn't sent to a wrong address.

I have received a transaction before after 2 weeks,infact I have experienced that more than twice .

The miners go for the transactions with higher fees first,so if the transaction isn't set on high priority,it may take days,or sometimes weeks

location doesn't count but fees.

Check the hash id he sent you first,to determine if it was a wrong address he sent it to.

How can you say she has been scammed if it passes 2 hrs? When we know that the time isn't what determines if she has been scammed or not ,but the hashcode. If the hashcode shows the right address,will anybody call that a scam?
