Hmmmm interesting one. Ok, for me, if the world was ending in 24 hrs time,I will just get my house in order by praying with my loved ones. While doing so, I will tell myself and them not to be afraid that God said "nothing will seperate us from His love for us. Not angels, not demons, not apocalyptic events, nothing! Then I will call friends and tell them to ask God for the forgiveness of their sins(we are already saved by our faith in Christ. So what we need at that 11th hour is to pray and repent wholesomely)
Then after our prayers must have been concluded, I will tell family members to cook together and share our last meal as we await Jesus' second coming. That's what I think we should do. No one should be afraid of leaving this world that is full of misery and pain. Well,that's if we knew the world will end in 24 hrs to come.

First, as is my nature, I will disbelieve the world is ending in 24 hours because it just makes no sense.

I mean, is the moon or Mars about to collide with the earth, or the Sun about to run out of fuel? If so, we'd all surely have hundreds if not thousands of years warning already, which is long enough to prepare instead of waiting for the last 24 hours and then panicking like one who had their head stuck in the mud all along.

The closest I can think of is if I had just 24 hours to live, in which case, I'd settle my score with kith and kin and post my last thread on Nairaland announcing buda has 24 hours to live, though even that I'd doubt since I'm not likely to ever have to be facing a firing squad at a time that is set. And then shall I just die while life goes on as it does.

Well, say it is a giant asteroid the size of our sun approaching earth. We don't see it because it is inside a wormhole heading directly to planet earth. 24 hours to impact, it comes out of the wormhole and becomes visible for the first time.

I love Star Trek a lot, and Einstein, is all I can say. They both speculate a lot and would love those who disbelieve, even in themselves, as the idea is that we consider the impossible as you have done here. This one is just too close to the rapture that many have been peddling since the beginning of consciousness, and I just happen to not be able to get over the thought that there might be as many billions of years ahead of us as there may have been in the past and up to now.
