3. Learn from youtube and sites.
4. Diligence

I like that you are already thinking like this at just 15.
You don't even need to have a computer to start, your mobile device would do for a start.
Like someone already suggested www.freecodecamp.com is awesome start.
But discipline and diligence is very compulsory
