The two do not match up because in your mention you said Nnamdi Kanu has placed an order for the killing of some SE governors. The link says Ikpeazu decries the level of insecurity in SE and that Nnamdi Kanu's Ipob has placed them in death list. No place nor link has Nnamdi Kanu making the claim himself. You merely reported.
