It is indicated that the price is SLIGHTLY NEGOTIABLE! In addition, this is an online market place. If the price quoted for an item is not fair as far as you are concerned, you simply ignore the item in question or negotiate. Also do a survey of the current price of this laptop with the same specifications elsewhere and even in the USA and factor in the current dollar rate,then you will have a good answer to your question.
