Your honeymoon will be over but expenses will remain. Besides, the culture of celebrating honeymoons was indoctrinated to us by the white people. Use the money for something more beneficial, but if you feel you've got more than enough already, it's your choice to make.

A study says the more expensive the wedding/honeymoon is, the more likely it will lead to divorce.

If both of you can't agree on where to go, you can both decide to go on a solomoon (a separate vacation).

Honeymoon is everyday, why not enjoy yourselves at home? Take a break from work, cook different foods, fruits and drinks inside freezer, buy enough petrol because of nepa, no visitors! No going out! You will surely enjoy your honeymoon at home

It can only be possible if you are not going to stay in a hotel, or rent a car.

Maybe look for a city where someone or a friend has a spare room for you and your bride, then also if your friend can release his car to you or take you to places you want to go.

If you have those two items sorted out...then you can manage the 50k for 1 week.

A place like Asaba, Uyo or Owerri can serve...visit cinemas, malls, nite clubs, open bars with live-bands...etc

This same person who has wasted thousands on wedding and wants to waste 50k on honeymoon may not have bought land let alone building house
