The Nigeria police Force HQ, Maritime Command, Lagos, a business center.

After 1 year and 8 months of purported "investigation" unbelievably over infringement of trade mark claims, the Maritime Command has shown its undoubted interest, by refusing to release goods belonging to innocent Nigerians' which it had erroneously seized , following an ill conceived petition by Messrs Alteco Chemicals PTE Ltd.

This has been the situation, even after the Maritime Command further received a clarification letter Ref:3000/MT/FHQ/ANNEX/LA/VOLT/141 dated 21/05/2021 (which the Maritime command itself requested for) from the Trade Mark Registry Department, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Abuja, confirming that the wrongfully accused and suspected Nigerian Messrs Den C International Ltd, is in actual fact (by the registry's records) the registered title holder of its own trade mark and that his goods in question/in illegal police custody, are marked as approved and appropriate.
