after watching a review of kate and william's wedding i got into an arguement with a friend who thinks the british are the best when it comes to fashion,if you ask me i think they are just living on past glory and the whole world has moved on and embracing other cultures and interpreting thier fashion into many forms.walk down the streets of madrid,milan,and san francisco and you will understand what i'm saying,the average person on the street makes a statement with thier outfit and you dont have to be ''rich'' to do this,
dont get me wrong,there are great fashion schools,names,shows and outlets all over the uk,but i still think they ought to do better to practice what they preach.by the way , they better watch out the nigerians are stepping up too.its amazing what our nigerian fashion designers are coming out with.

Italians to be precise.

yea,and the spanish too,those folks dress 'ready' ,whatever the occassion or weather,as the case may be.i like to call them the boy scouts of fashion.(always prepared)but never fussy in appearance.

to be sincere the europeans are trying,,

the one thing the brits have with their clothes is durability
that's solid

Definitely Nigerian ladies are the most fashionable! I am always amazed at how much effort Nigerian ladies put into looking good. And we look good at whatever budget we set for ourselves.

I was watching the royal wedding and could not help wondering how glamorous (headties, jewellery etc) this would have been if this were a Naija wedding!

1 minute Breakdown

Americans - Only the celebrity stars seem to make an effort. General population seem to be more comfortable in casualwear. I even see corporate people wearing trainers on Wall Street! OMG,

Brits - No fashion sense at all. Sorry, the truth must be said. All you need to do is board a tube train in London during the rush hour and count the number of fashion conscious ladies in a given car. Less than two out of 30 on a good morning. Gospel truth.

Europeans - Italian, Spanish & French  ladies do make a concerted effort.  They do tend to walk round with little fortunes (iro designer labels) on their backs, round their feet  and on their arms.

Nigerians ladies - Always look no matter what the budget is - LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH. 

Of course I am biased. Abi?

The american do like thier 'comfy' outfits,but at the try to make an effort to coordinate well.
As for our naija cuties, i tell u they more colourful than the rest,the only problem i have with them is that it always seems as if the outfit is wearing them,they dont allow thher bodies to command the dress.
