Please experts in the house kindly help me resolve this issue.

I use a Nokia C1 device that has been working very fine since I bought. On a rainy day on my way to work, I was beaten by rain and that has been the genesis of my phone's issues.

I opened up the device and allowed to dry till the close of work but I noticed that my phone's torch and camera have refused to work till date.

Please what do I do? How do I get my phone back to normal?
