Sometimes last month, when there was a scarcity of Gas in the US (Kindly refer to this https://www.nairaland.com/6550356/us-citizens-buy-fuel-plastic), many guys here, particularly the BMC and the Terrorists sympathizers in Nigeria were quick to cite it that even the US Govt negotiates with Terrorists.

Well, it's a different ball game now. Even though the ransome wasn't paid by the US Govt, they have gone ahead to reclaim over 80% of the ransome paid.
