3, AND PASSING RESOLUTIONS TO ACCEPT ALL OF THE ABOVE.

IN WHICH CASE, THERE WILL BE FRAMEWORK OF HEALTHY COMPETITION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIONS INTERACTIONS AND PROGRESS TO GIANT OF AFRICA STATUS.
