Jan was a much bigger and heavier fighter, Izzy couldn't do what he did today against Jan. He was just rolling through and slipping out of vettori's take down attempts. He can't do that if a fighter as heavy as Jan was on top of him. He needs to learn how to use his knees when an opponent is going for a takedown. He did that effectively against brunson, I don't know why he isn't using that technique anymore.

Absolutely, and Jan is the amount the best on the 205lb division. Weight and straight, it isn't easy. Remember Israel is 6feet 4inches. So he is very light due to that hight. I am 5feet 11inches and if I was to drop to 185lb, I would look sick.
