How would I know if my Landlord and His Lawyer filed a court action against me? because I'm owning 6months rent and for a few days now he has been bringing an agent to expect the house. Please when I can check if they are actually taken me to court as a proxy

If you are sued, the court papers need to be served on you in a way that is acceptable to the court (personally and to a member of your household are favorites).
The courts only resumed from the worker's union strike last week, it's unlikely that your landlord has filed a case that has been assigned to a court so fast.
