Recent backlash ;
- Ojukwu's son has come out to warn Igbos to be careful
- Northern Igbo leaders have come out to do the same
- Some other Igbo groups have also come out to denounce IPOB
- The indigenes are forming their own vigilante groups to protect their communities despite ESN
- People just want to make a living again.
- We are all tired of the killings and mayhem

But there are problems that remain

1. Hope Uzdodinma is still governor and he was fraudulently installed by the cabal, so he has many enemies and political rivalry and thuggery may not stop. In fact, it may increase and be blamed on IPOB

2. Our leaders are compromised and as such they do not have the courage to deny Fulani Herdsmen their quest for open grazing land/routes and even prevent them from illegally setting up camp in our forests and farms

3. The army and police have shown themselves to be the enemies of the people, from the massacre of peaceful protesters to the recent extrajudicial killings of innocent victims.

4. There have been reports of persistent attempts by strangers from the North to infiltrate Igbo land in their hundreds. Some were recently caught heading to Imo State. What is their agenda?

5. Igbos do not trust their leaders again and especially the traditional rules who are proxies for the corrupt government and their cabal. Some seem to think that IPOB provides them with meaning and a sense of identity.

a. What do you think, is IPOB here to stay?
b. Do you support them
c. should they go away and if yes why

Thanks,

Theres no backlash against IPOB. Ojukwus son only warned Igbos, besides, its not like he had any clout with Igbos beyond his fathers name

As for the Northern Igbo leaders, nobody even knows who they are

ESN is getting stronger daily. The earlier you realise that ESN has come to stay, the better for you.

it is foolishness to keep doing the wrong thing and expect good results, its very clear to everyone that things cannot continue this way , something has to give, a lot of innocent blood has been shed with no progress. its better to resolve these issues once and for all than to keep coming back to the same issues every now and then.

Seconded. Who are these self-appointed Northern Igbo leaders anyway? What are their names and why haven't I heard of them or even such a group.
