We all grow up innocently as a child and as you begin to grow you begin to learn one thing from parents, friends and from the society that you are a Nigerian and to respected you need to be a survival by getting rich and die trying.
1.So as a student you want to cheat to pass exams so that you can be respected by your family and the society so we end up having graduates businessmen, lawyers, Doctors and engineers we don't trust.

2. As a trader you source for fake and sub-standered goods to make more profit no Nigerian product is trusted by a Nigerian nothing not even our vegetables all in the name of survival and to be respected.

3. As a politician you loot public funds to be respected even though you want to be good family and friends will crucify you and call you names.

4. Pastors preaches what will bring more funds to the church and to is pocket so that he can be respected by other Pastors.
Currently am in Coutonu, Benin republic on my way to Dubia am so so shocked of the things am seeing here. The people are so compose and mindful of their business and for the 3 days have been here no light out and i have not heard any sound of a single generator, the major roads I have not seen any pot-hole.Can you even imagine that at the booking stand the flight agent was asking are you sure you will be coming back are you sure,I was really embarrassed simply because as a Nigerian you are not to be trusted.
Dating and marrying a Nigerian is seen as a scam.So been a Nigerian is it a Curse or a blessing ?

It's a curse. Being born African is a curse but to be from some African countries is a much bigger curse than others.

It's in two ways, Nigeria is a blessing to those who are born into a wealthy or royal home. A big curse for those born into penury. But to 90℅ of Nigerians, this nation is a curse.
