Please I am in a crossroad in my life right now, I am married with a kid of 2yrs, my educational level is just OND in computer science. I currently earn about 300k monthly on the job I am doing currently.
I need advice on a country I can move to to better my life cos life in naija ain't funny.
Be it Europe, America or UAE whichever country will give a better living standard and on the long run to relocate with my family and the full process.

Every advice and suggestion is welcome

First, scratch UAE off your list.

You didn't state your budget which is very crucial in recommending a country. What are the skills you have? Are you willing to learn a new language or acquire a new skill if need be?

If you're all about leaving, then you can look towards other African countries.

I think anyone who wants to leave Nigeria should not only look at it from the view point of quickly escaping our brutal environment,
but also from the angle of securing the most long term benefits for himself and family.

Here's my advise on where you should go to:

1. Look for a country that offers a clear pathway to citizenship within a few years. A second passport is one of the most powerful gift you can bestow yourself and family.

2. If your budget is not so high, look for a country where you can get a job offer and use it to relocate. This way you get to spend less and you can even go with your family at once.

Canada satisfies both criteria. Just do your research and you'll find Canada imigration programs where you can get job offer and PR with your OND.
There are other countries of course.

My advice is to first test the waters. Visit first.... especially if you will not have a support system . The reason I'm saying this is you are most likely to find that the situation on ground will be nowhere like what you have in mind. You will be in a better position to evaluate if it is worth the risk to uproot your family at this point... or put the plan on the back burner until you're better equipped to make the move. The question will arise... what sense does it make to spend so much just to find out? I'm talking US... if you make arrangements.... you can always take back stuff to sell to recoup money spent on the trip. People do away with stuff when nothing is wrong with it... or sell at very low prices. First test the waters. Below.... all "garbage ".... as in no longer needed. As you relax in your comfortable plush arm chair .... while your pot is cooking... printouts churned out by the printer and two year old sleeping like a baby in the cot.... this you could not see until you travelled!

Old is relative. Regardless.... they are saleable in Nigeria.
