Well, a lot of people over there obtain insurance...for health and cars...something most Nigerians have refused to do, despite our insurance companies screaming for decades that they should do so.(and even then a lot of Nigerians are enrolled under NHIS/PHIS..AND have car insirance...so those in Ikeja may be covered)

Plus money that could be spent on NHIS is wasted on things like petrol subsidy.

Even the third party most times are not honored. When people can barely survive, because they do everything for themselves that their taxes are meant to achieve. Where we they get extra income to insure?
