If the SE can claim full control of their resources, I am in full support.

Where was the gas deposit discovered? You will find out, it will be in the southern region, but when gold which the north is mining now was discovered, they kept it to themselves, till today apart from northern states, no other state is benefiting from gold, hypocrisy.
Who is benefiting from the gold? What meaningful development have you seen in the north that is as a result of the gold?

It is in Anambra basin. It is also published in Wikipaedia. After they will say that Igbo people are after their Niger Delta resources.

Some people just open their mouth carelessly.

They don't know that there is a difference between dry gas and gas associated from water.

Igboland have the highest deposit of dry gas, and that is what the minister of state for petroleum is talking.

It does not mean that there are no fields with oil and associated gas.

Everything about this government is always by accident, never by plan or dedicated research or informed intent. The most brainless set of people Nigeria has ever had the misfortune to have as leaders. And Buhari is the biggest and the most fatal accident this nation has ever suffered. May GOD heal us.

we may be pushovers but not cowards with a leader in diaspora orchestrating the killings of his people. When Ojukwu started the war, he bolted to Ivory coast leaving behind a push over in General Effiong to end the war. He subsequently returned and manovered his way back to the Nigerian army to receive his full entitlements but a push over never cared as it was a brazen betrayal of those who lost their lives for Biafra. Now the push overs are wise enough and have allowed ur dead on arrival quest to be borne by you cowards alone. Let the killings continue cos we here are enjoying it, ur greedy polithievecians are selling u out for a piece of doughnuts. Rochas, Uzodinma, Joe Ibokwe, Kalu, Umahi and co. are the Field Marshalls leading the betrayal.

Another curse upon the land?

Can't all these treasure mongers in FG mind their business and allow states explore their resources?

The most annoying part is that this Buhari govt destroys everything it touches.
