Inspite of the drop in business activities due to low investors confidence and very volatile currency .landlords accross the country are hell bent on increasing rent... Mine was increased from 110k for a self contain to 140k just from last year to now citing new painting as reason..we begged him we dont need new painting,but he is bent on holding onto something to effect the increased... Any similar experiences lets share |
