There is no point directing potentail buyers to your site. Dealer prices are supposed to be cheaper but the offers on you site are inflated. On the average, many cars on offer are 200000N-500000N above what is obtainable at Berger, while your SUVs are 400000N-800000N above what you can get at Berger. Prospective buyers should do there own research and not rely on prices which dealers and car sellers dangle about. I just donot understand why car dealers in our country want to make excessive profit.

I am not the owner of autotraderng.com,I happened to use the service and I found it very helpful and over the cause of using the sites ,I met with the guys that run the service and I made the same comments u made on here.Their response was the cars they list is certified preowned and the cars are not wreakages or salvages hence the dealers list @ a premium.

Thanks for clarifying that you are not the owner of the auto site. It is noted. However in many posts you often direct members to the site. The answer they gave you on why their prices are high is just a claim. All sellers including those at berger make such claims. Sure a greater percentage of vehicles in nigerian auto market are salvaged, lemon or both. Even the so called reputable dealers import salvage vehicles. Prospective buyers should ask those who sell to show evidence that the vehicle is precertified, the CARFAX report and then the price at which the bought the car in the USA. Add 1500USD for shiping to lagos. If it is an SUV, add 350000 naira for clearance and if it is a car, add 250000. Then you will arrive at the real approximate cost of the vehicle. You will be astonished at the enormous profit these dealers make on their cars. In addition, except you are an auto engineer, go with a trusted expert mechanic to inspect the car, test drive it etc. Good luck.
