I left Carling Cup code on this thread. You could have grabbed it like Timbros. As Jay-Z said a closed mouth don't get fed.

Why Salah with just one penalty goal get 10points while Antonio with one goal one assist get only 11 points?

Goal points are higher for midfielders and he got 3 bonus points while Antonio got two.

Oga Fit Collect For Him Boy Hand As High Flying Aba Netbusters Encounters Ipukulu FC In Gameweek 4!

The Aba Netbusters were at their best, overcoming Oasis007’s Odua Warriors 74-64, a team touted as a contender for the FA title, on Game-week 3 at the Aba outfit’s dreaded ground ‘We No Get Security’ Arena.

From behind the Colombian stand where the stench of marijuana could be perceived, a voice screamed at Mazi Griffon, as the game headed the other way, “Wey Ibime dey make him help you change formation for this game?” Griffon did not dignify the remark with a glare, keeping his eyes on the pitch and his mind on the task at hand.

The answer to the fan's rhetorical question was to be answered on Saturday, September 11th, when Aba Netbusters faces Ipukulu FC and their long serving head coach, Ibime Ayapripri Jack-Daniel, who was Griffon's boss during Ipukulu FC’s title winning season.

"I think he (Griffon) has a lot to prove this year," Veteran manager Chamotex said. "Everyone was saying Ibime was the brains. But now this year he has a lot on his shoulders.

Despite sitting atop the FA Cup standing and chilling on the sixth spot on Nairaland Main league table, the task for Griffon seems to grow more difficult by the day, especially as he makes the daunting trip to the creeks where Ipukulu Fc whose management is largely made up of militants ply their trade.

But Griffon, if he feels it, is not showing the pressure.

“I am relaxed, it feels like a home-coming. I was one of Ibime’s assistants during Ipukulu’s title winning season, I had my own gun then. So, the creeks are not new to me. I have great moments to look back to there.

"We will come out and hug,". I was a great assistant and I have a lot I know about the beautiful game to credit to Ibime. It's just the way it is, under the circumstances we both must go through this and then go home and deal with our lives. We will be fine. There is no rivalry there.”

Ipukulu Fc have equally made a strong start to the season. They are occupying the tenth position on the Nairaland Main League and the third spot on the FA Cup log, six points adrift of leaders Aba Netbusters.

Speaking shortly after trouncing Peter Upua’s Upuablog.com.ng 60-83 away from home, Ibime Ayapripri Jack-Daniel stressed that it is too early to tag Gameweek 4’s clash with Aba Netbusters an FA Cup title decider.

“Nah. It is just too early. This is a marathon not a sprint, I always tell you guys that. They (Aba Netbusters) have made a blistering start to the season and look to be in fine form. They are well structured and have a great mind as their gaffer. It is going to be an interesting fixture.

“I have known Griffon for ten years now, I’m not surprised that he’s taken this season by storm. When he told me that he was going back to Aba, I felt maybe he was planning to start a business in Ariaria, little did I know he was going to recruit the best legs that big town has got. We have the International break before us, after which we focus on that very cracker.’’
