Good day to everyone I have noticed that there have been reduction in extortion by public servant (phcn) but in some places with no prepaid meter, extortion is going on But what baffles me most is that places with prepaid meters are visited by the official and they ask for bill or they disconnect your light The question is the system not automated |

It baffles me there ways of handling things but nowadays they look at meter numbers and type it into their app to check if bills have paid for that month,this is done by their marketer but not by the boys that want to take bribe |

I got postpaid meter for the past four months, and still getting estimated bill.. I'm thinking of writing to NERC.. |

You have to go to phcn office that control your area and speak to the head or marketer, if no progress write to anybody that solve the problem but check your bills cos if u are going to have a case with them.they will use the bill as weapon against you 1 Like |

I have the bills.. Funny enough, my meter is reading 130unit used since April cos I've not been around. But the total units I've gotten from eedc is over 680units... |
