Should I Opt For Mortgage? by frontliner065(m): 5:18pm On Jul 03, 2021
Admin, pls push to front page!!

Has anyone benefitted from the National Housing Funds initiative (NHF) yet?

If yes, which which mortgage Bank facilitated it for you? I am considering using AG Morrgage Bank Plc.

People say that doing mortgage is more like you will work for them all through your life and at the end, one hardly gets the titled documents.

I am considering a spread payment of 20 years and paying them 10% of the property they showed me. They said they will hand over the property to me in 6 month time.

Guys, please let us discuss, advice and enlighten ourselves.

Feedback from experienced ones and professionals will be highly appreciated.

This is very common abroad where you put down a deposit and complete the rest of your purchase using a mortgage across several years. It's the most affordable way of owning a property.

I'm curious to know what interest rate AG Mortgage Bank Plc is charging on the capital and what kind of properties do they give a mortgage on?

Overall, it's a good way of owning a property, as long as one is able to pay the bill every month for the duration of the mortgage.
