Sorry for disturbing please I need advice on the amount of cement needed to lay a 4 bedroom flat foundation

I recently purchased a 100x100 land worth 1.7 million Naira
Already bought sand 5 trip sent more than 200 thousand for that

Now I want to the foundation my mum advised I get. 50 bags of cement first
That I can get the Remaining when they are done mounding the block
I also paid 100 for gpee tank

I was thinking of sending 500 for the foundation I don’t know if it is too much

Meanwhile am not in Benin am doing everything through my mum

Please I need advice

You can't use 50bags for foundation the truck of sand you bought is a bit much, you can still make use of it later. Instead of buying geepee for 100k buy the one of 35k and add some change to it you can either dig a borehole or well 300k you don't need of buying water again for future needs.

Am amazed at the way you are reasoning, you already got a good thing going and still looking for what is not lost. You have your MOM helping you supervise your project off the back of her own recently acquired experience and you are here soliciting for unnecessary advice that might actually make you spend more or allow you to be scammed. If you are not satisfied with the way your mum is going about it, employ a competent architect or civil engineer, ask them for a quotation and make an informed decision from there. For me, I'll rather allow my "experienced" mother scam me than an outsider.
