FACILITIES MANAGER

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the maintenance of office and residential facilities and the provision of facility management services
• Degree in relevant Engineering discipline or Business Administration
• International Facility Management Association (IFMA Nigeria) Certification / Membership or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• SAP and/or Computer-Aided Facility Management experience and know-how



MAINTENANCE MANAGER
(Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, HVAC)

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the maintenance of office and residential facilities.
• Degree in relevant Engineering discipline or Higher National Diploma in a Technical discipline
• COREN registration or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• SAP and/or Computer-Aided Facility Management experience and know-how



BUILDING WORKS MANAGER

(Civils, Structural, Building Fabric)


Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the maintenance of office and residential facilities.
• Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND in Civil or Construction Engineering)
• COREN registration or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• SAP and/or Computer-Aided Facility Management experience and know-how


SOFT SERVICES MANAGER

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in providing tenant services (janitorial/cleaning/catering/mail/reprographics, etc.) in office and residential facilities

• Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in a relevant discipline

• SAP and/or Computer-Aided Facility Management experience and know-how



SHE AND QUALITY MANAGER

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing safety systems and procedures in the construction industry or facilities management sector
• Relevant SHE qualifications (NEBOSH, etc.)




FINANCIAL AND CONTROLS MANAGER

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years‘ experience in financial management and reporting for contracts of similar scale and complexity
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant financial discipline.
• ICAN or ACCA certification
• SAP experience and know-how






MAINTENANCE PLANNER / TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning for office and residential facilities.
• Higher National Diploma or Certificate in a relevant technical discipline
• Excellent Computer-Aided Facility Management experience and know-how



TECHNICIANS & PERSONNEL
(in the following fields in Mechanical - rotating, static and hydraulic, Civil, Chemical, Instrument, Electrical, HVAC, Medical, Horticulture, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in maintenance field.
• Minimum of National Diploma or Certificate in related discipline.



TECHNICAL HELPERS

Requirements:

• Minimum of NABTEC/Fed. Craft/ WAEC Technical or equivalent



NON-TECHNICAL HELPERS

Requirements:

• Minimum of WAEC/SSCE or equivalent
