Fellow Southerners what can we do to avoid misrepresentation in the National Assembly?

From the look of things recently, it’s obvious a lot of our people who are in the NA are not supposed to be there. They do not think of the common man from the South let alone giving his plight a priority concern.
I believe a forum like Nairaland has sound people who can suggest ways we can foster Southern unity and achieve a common goal.

The issue of PIB is here staring us in the face, very soon it will become law and the people whom it was made for their sole interests will go on to enjoy unmerited ease of life while we forget and continue pointing accusing fingers at one another down South.

How do we avoid PIB from becoming law? We all here agree it doesn’t do justice to our interest, but are we just going to rant and let it be? If it’s too late to stop it, how can we avoid such disgraceful and one sided law from being passed in the NA?

Some say electronic voting in the NASS so we can see how our Senators and Reps vote, some say we should recall all our docile Reps from both houses. What do you think? Please endeavor to apply diplomacy in your suggestions.

The future is no more in our hands, from the way things are going if we live long enough in this country to have children of our own, they might grow up to spit on out faces for enduring this daylight rape on humanity. We are inadvertently making our generations to come slaves to the children of the people who call the shots today.

Nigeria can now be very well likened to disadvantaged countries like Cameroon, Gambia, Chad, Benin Republic etc where one man, his children and his tribe holds power and authority forever. Countries who can only dream of the Human Resources the South of Nigeria has in abundance.

Please Seun, Lalasticlala and Mynd44 should let people make their suggestions here.

And please don’t mind the topic, I can barely think of a better caption now.
