I’d advise that you put your money into both. If you put all into crypto, it may take some time to beat volatility to reap which could buy you a property, but if you put all into real estate, you may not be able to make much out of crypto later on, even if you sell the property to invest into. And the future crash won’t bring BTC down to 33K
