Hello phone and data experts! Please I need ideas on and possible solutions to some data problems I've been facing for some time now. Whenever I subscribe to a data plan, I noticed that the data charges are really high and it doesn't take long before it gets exhausted. All these happen without me having to download large files, I don't even browse with the data very often. I have restricted all apps from running in the background, including the ones that don't require data usage lol, but the alteration made no difference. I also thought the problem came from the service provider I subscribed to, which is MTN. So I tried other providers, but the same thing occurred. I need ideas as this is starting to frustrate me, making me spend more than I should. For those using Samsung C9 pro, please let me know if you've experienced something like this and found a solution. Thank you! @ Lalasticlala Dragnet Honsule Puskin Please help me out here. |

Remove the phone from 4G or 5G to 3G network And put On Data Saver(DS)
