I will use 2 case study, one in south africa and the other lagos.

Most people claim the igbos love to dominate, it might be true, maybe that is why they have an advantage over some Nigerians home and abroad.

Here lies the genius of the igbos.

The igbo system is built in a way where people are divided into smaller groups, each groups have their own leaders, laws and systems creating a kind of group communalism. In these groups, problems and conflicts are solved and solutions are given.

Now, let's see how they have use this system to create something genius, which for instance the yorubas lack.

Take example hillbrow residential area in South Africa, the igbos came to the residential area because it is cheap, they created a union for each buildings in the area where Nigerians lives, each building union has a president, secretary and treasury and have its own rules of how Nigerians in the building are supposed to behave. fighting and stealing can attract a fine, automatically since the igbos are the majority and the leaders of the union, any other Nigerian group not igbo must obey the rules if they want to live in that building.

Another example, is computer village in lagos, every one knows that the igbos deal in computer equipments. As it is their practice anywhere they go, they created a union in the computer village with a president, secretary and treasury, the reason is to organize the people selling into one voice, this union has its own rules and constitution, there is a rule on the price of certain goods. Now if a non igbo computer equipment seller gets a shop in computer village, he must obey the rules or he can be kicked out, some see it as domination but to the group, it is for the survival of their business and of group communalism of which the igbos are expert in creating.

With this type of organization, the igbo man has been able to have an advantage over groups that practice individualism.

I think we should teach history and even more recent history of Nigeria.

These children trying to beat their chest for frivolous jobs outside their villages need to go back and study the accomplishment of Nigerians, mainly from the South around the world in general and Africa in particular.

Nigerians were lauded for their professionalism and management so much that other African countries sought their skills.

Young man please do some research and find out about Igbo in Nigeria and around the world. You will be proud. Stop usurping what you cannot achieve at home in other people's back.

I am challenging Yoruba and Igbo Youths to create another Western Nigeria!

You have started chest beating that you missed the opportunity to see through.

The yorubas and igbos can't work together because the igbo man will dominate him.

The igbo group communalism will give an advantage over the yoruba individualism.

The igbos compete in group against non igbos while the yoruba is a lone competitior and wants to compete with his tribe men and other tribe.
