I have a deposit issue since June 1st, money never landed in my account after withdrawal from the platform I use. This is not the first time I had this issue, at least the third time. They have settled the matter previously and done it well. But this is now different, it seems they just overhaul their customer service and employed interns who dont know what to do. Since June 1st I haven't gotten my money, and it only takes few days to clock two months now I'm without money.
Submitting indemnity form in good faith wasn't honored either but anytime I complain they tell me to wait 24-48 hours, then 72 hours and so on..

Why is the uba customer service now incompetent? They used to be super fast when Twitter was not yet banned. Someone help me to ask them..
