Islam and Christianity do not come from the same source at all as both religions do not even worship the same God.

That they both cite some of the same reference scriptures does not in any way suggest they are from the same source.

The truth is somehow hidden from most people who feels indifferent towards spiritual needs. The AntiChrist emerged after the death of Jesus' Apostles {Matthew 13:25} this is evident in what the Apostle John wrote in one of his letters. 1John 2:18

The AntiChrist has been rooted right in the first century even when the Apostles were alive but they were hiding their faces because the Apostles keep telling the flock of God to avoid having anything to do with such persons {Romans 16:17; 2John 1:10-11} therefore they are silently associating with God's people (Christians) but immediately after the death of the Apostles these weeds began growing in number until they outnumbered faithful ones then they got support from the Roman Emperor (Constantine) to establish what they wanted. That's the birth of Roman Catholic Church (the real Antichrist)
This religion established so many things that the first century Christians never allowed and unbiblical doctrines, whoever speak against such doctrine is not shunned as the Apostles ordered but arrested, arraigned, prosecute, persecuted and in most cases tortured to death!
That was how the peaceful movement Jesus began turned out to become a monstrous Organization forcing people everywhere they go and establishing their religion using political backing to impose the religion on people.
When Muhammad (25 years) saw all these he listened to Jesus' words anytime he attends the church with his mistress Kadijat (40 years) who later became his first wife. He realized that the church has gone off course so he wanted to reprint the missing link but then there was persecution from his own people who were furious that he's been speaking against their idols and stealing their slaves that were clinging to him.
While running away from those ones he later gained support from the Catholic Church who knew him and his mistress as members before but now Muhammad is speaking against the foundational doctrines of the Catholic Church e.g TRINITY, Sacredness of Mary, usage of images in worship and so on, all these led to his rejection by the Church so there's no way for him to survive all these than to resort to defence. That's how Muhammad also began fighting along with his followers against opposition for their survival!

Really Jesus' followers aren't supposed to fight for any reason whatsoever because he commanded them to LOVE and PRAY for their enemies {Matthew 5:43-48} all these aren't possible when all the established religious groups around were engaged in the struggle to survive. That was how true Christianity was lost!

When America declared FREEDOM OF SPEECH EXPRESSION and WORSHIP things changed!

No religions is permitted to force people into submitting to what they don't agree with then the door was opened for pure worship (true Christianity) to flourish again. If you want to know the one and only true Christian group on planet earth today it's just one Organization.

They don't engage in politics and racism so they can't be manipulated to start killing their fellowman for any reason! John 15:19
They believe in Jesus' order never to lead with force or weapons so they're always peaceful. Matthew 26:52
They all have the same line of thought so throughout the earth people know them as if they're all from the same father! John 17:20-23

They are known today as Jehovah's Witnesses!
